Privacy Policy

At Atomicity Digital, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our website and newsletter subscribers. You’ll find information here on how we treat data collected from visitors to our website, and/or when someone subscribes to our newsletter.

Newsletter Signup

As part of the registration process for our newsletter, we collect personal information (email address). We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

We will only send you our newsletter for as long as you continue to consent.

For newsletters we use two third-party providers, Revue and Sumo. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our newsletter. For more information, please see Revue’s and Sumo’s privacy notices.

Contact Form & Live Chat

If you complete a Contact Form or participate in Live Chat, we may collect information about you to respond to any queries you may have.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent (see Newsletter Signup above)

The type of information we may collect about you includes:

  • your name
  • email address

Anonymous Visitor Statistics Cookies We use cookies to compile visitor statistics such as how many people have visited our website, what type of technology they are using (e.g. Mac or Windows which helps to identify when our site isn’t working as it should for particular technologies), how long they spend on the site, what page they look at etc. This helps us to continuously improve our website. These so called “analytics” programs also tell us if, on an anonymous basis, how people reached this site (e.g. from a search engine) and whether they have been here before helping us to put more money into developing our services for you instead of marketing spend.
